1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the jiliy.com website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the jiliy.com Platform. If you are accessing jiliy.com on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

3. Account Registration
To access the full range of jiliy.com services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

- Notify jiliy.com immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14 if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
jiliy.com permits only one account per player. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jiliy.com reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.
jiliy.com reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide any documentation reasonably requested, including a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
jiliy.com supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
- Deposits: Funds deposited into your jiliy.com account are available for wagering purposes only. Deposits are generally credited instantly for e-wallet methods such as GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jiliy.com processes verified withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times vary by payment method. jiliy.com reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
- Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at jiliy.com's discretion.
- Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jiliy.com is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
- Fraud Prevention: jiliy.com employs fraud detection systems. Any attempt to use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
💡 Note: jiliy.com does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for details.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
jiliy.com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jiliy.com reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual bonus terms.
- Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
- jiliy.com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
- Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance automatically.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on jiliy.com — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, Monster Dice, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the Platform. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply:
- All game outcomes on jiliy.com are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical processes. jiliy.com does not manipulate game outcomes.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, jiliy.com's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. jiliy.com's decision in such matters is final.
- Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the system.
- jiliy.com reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other irregularity that may have affected the integrity of the game.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliy.com and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering or using jiliy.com if you are under 21 years of age.

- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.

- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in any form of cheating, including the exploitation of software bugs or errors.

assing, threatening, or abusing jiliy.com staff, other players, or any third party through the Platform.
- Accessing jiliy.com from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the jiliy.com Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jiliy.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jiliy.com.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
- Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
Any unauthorised use of jiliy.com's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliy.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, jiliy.com specifically disclaims liability for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond jiliy.com's reasonable control.
- Any inaccuracy in game results caused by technical malfunctions, provided that jiliy.com takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such issues.
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
jiliy.com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliy.com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
jiliy.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms.
- jiliy.com is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
- jiliy.com reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with your account.
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in jiliy.com's dormant account policy.
You may close your jiliy.com account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
jiliy.com operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of jiliy.com complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
jiliy.com reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiliy.com will endeavour to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of jiliy.com following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
